Does the AI agent disclose itself as AI when answering?
Yes. The agent introduces itself as the practice's automated assistant on every call and re-discloses if asked. We meet state and federal AI-disclosure rules out of the box.

Where does call audio and transcript data live?
In a US-region Supabase project provisioned per practice. We don't co-mingle data across firms. You can request a full export or full deletion at any time.

Does ClearPath touch my CRM or client account data?
No. We sit alongside your CRM, not inside it. Outputs — call summaries, life events, draft messages — flow back to your team's email and portal the same way meeting transcripts already do.

How does this handle FINRA call-recording requirements?
Every inbound call is recorded with timestamp, transcript, and structured outcome. Records retain on the same six-year cycle FINRA requires. Exports are formatted for your compliance team on request.

What happens if the agent hits something it shouldn't handle?
Anything involving trade execution, account changes, distribution amounts, or specific advice routes to a human advisor immediately. The agent only handles intake, FAQs, scheduling, and structured message capture.

What's the minimum advisor count?
One. We work with solo practices and we work with multi-office firms. Pricing is per advisor, billed monthly, with volume sizing for firms above five advisors.

How long does a pilot take to set up?
Typically seven to ten business days. We need your phone forwarding configured, a call with your compliance lead, and your NDA signed before any client traffic touches the system.

What if I want to leave?
Take everything with you. Full data export in standard formats. We don't lock you in with proprietary file types or contractual minimums beyond the pilot period.
